General Kitchen Assistant

The catering service at Rushcliffe is provided by ABM Catering.

There are 3 General Kitchen Assistant positions available during term time only to work in the busy school kitchen.
Post 1 and 2 are part time hours of 15 hours per week over the lunch period
Post 3 is 35 hours per week

all at £6.50 per hour.

Midday Supervisor

Rushcliffe School

Grade: £10.00 per hour with lunch provided

Hours: 12.20pm to 1.20pm each day term time only

Do you enjoy working with children? We have a vacancy for a reliable, child-centred Midday Supervisor to join our successful team who supervise pupils during the lunch period.

Required as soon as possible.

Duties include

Working as part of a team to ensure that all pupils are supervised in the dining areas and all areas of the school grounds.
Ensuring that the overall arrangement for pupils to dine promotes a pleasant meals service and that queues in the dining areas are orderly.

Dealing with any spillages, supervising clearing of the tables by the pupils and ensuring the dining areas are kept clean and tidy.

Walking around the school site to ensure that pupils are safe during the lunch break and that acceptable standards of behaviour are maintained.

We welcome applications from people who are well organised, conscientious and caring with good behaviour management skills. Experience is not essential as training can be given. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team.
